I was not expecting to love this as much as I do. The quality is fantastic. I personally love the proper ‘right angle’ corners and I feel it’s more timeless. The color of the cover is a luxurious jewel tone. The pages are a crisp white and feel very thick. Admittedly, I haven’t tested with my pens yet but I’m saving my journal for something special (no judgments, lol!) I opted for a leaf charm on mine and it’s perfect!
