I told myself I didn't need a fancy planner this year, but I fell in love with the idea of Hemlock & Oak planners. I tested out the layout with their planner downloads and I just adored it so I went ahead and purchased one. And oh my gosh I LOVE it. I'm using it as a planner and journal. The paper is so nice and doesn't bleed and I think everything about it is gorgeous.

This planner is absolutely lovely and has such a unique personality! I appreciate the structure, but it’s also so open that you can personalize it in any way you like. This year I took the experimental freedom to mix and match the colors a little bit and added the mossy green tabs and band to the pink planner, giving it meddow/flower vibe. I’ve been using my 2025 planner quite a bit, and I’m really looking forward to the new year with a sense of reflection and optimism.

This is a pretty good planner. Here's what I like:
* Beautifully hardbound, nice paper quality, great size, nice light gray printing and quad pad design inside.
* I loooove that it's a Monday-start planner.
* I love that there's an extra spread before and after each month. I love pre-planning and post- reviewing.

Here's what I'd like improved:
* I wish I could add 40 extra dot grid pages in the back. I carry my planner with me and like to take extra notes that range anywhere from travel planning to various holiday plans to kids summer daycare & camps planning. I need extra pages for that, and I'm bummed there's no way to do that.
* I love that there's an extra spread before and after each month. I love pre-planning and post- reviewing. However, I want to write my own questions, and I like separating goals and habits into 8 areas of life. So Basically I want the extra spreads to have a bit more flexibility to them. More blank space, questions written lightly in a full-page quad-pad sheet, So I can choose to use them or ignore them.

The quality, beauty and functionality keep me coming back year after year. It's more than a planner for me... it's a repository of meaningful words, experiences, events, and tasks. I absolutely love it.

I've tried many planners over the years, but this one is the first I've ever stuck with for an entire year! The standout feature for me is the monthly check-ins, which really help me stay accountable and reflect on my progress toward my goals.

The planner truly works wonders for task management and overall organization both personally and professionally.

If you've struggled with keeping a planner all year, this one might just be the solution. It’s helped me stay organized, stay focused, and most importantly - stay motivated!

This is my third year using a Hemlock weekly. I love the quality and the feel of the linen cover. I love the goal sheets and hourly formats. I love how the company runs…and that I can preorder each year to make sure I get mine! ❤️

I am enjoying the switch from a passion planner to my new Hemlock and Oak. I appreciate the minimalist style of the planner and the thoughtful design and approach to tracking habits, outlining values and planning for personal growth, backing goals with systems to assist in execution.

Tried the 2025 Weekly Planner for the first time and I love it! The pages are buttery soft to write on and it doesn't have to much pre-printed data. It really lends itself to personalization. The calendar layout at the start of each month is exactly what I needed for quick reference and the hourly breakdown is perfect. Will buy again next year!

A bit of a bizarre situation! Two planners came in the order - a moss and a wild orchid. The moss arrived as pictured on the website, in great condition, but the wild orchid arrived with stains on the cover (despite coming wrapped in cellophane). Customer service has been working to send a new planner to replace this one-off occurrence, and while the wild orchid has become sold out in the time that has transpired since the replacement process started, I'm eager to receive the autumnal soon! Will update my review accordingly!

The feel is wonderful and the functionality is great. I love the vertical, hourly layout and the green color is gorgeous. I added the monarch charm and it adds such a nice touch. The back pocket is a nice addition. Highly recommend!

I have been “testing” the Daily inserts since July and love these pages so much for my creative journaling! I have the gorgeous Daily Planner ready to start in January as well as the Weekly. The paper is a great canvas for the inks I use. Much appreciation goes to the company for creating these and for the awesome customer service.

This is by far the nicest planner I have ever purchased, and I thought I would never switch from my previous brand! It's everything I could want in a planner. It's organized, has lots of space to work with, and gives a lot of journaling and self help options while still giving a minimalist kind of vibe. I genuinely wish I had a reason to buy more of them, at this point I'd get one of every color if I could. I love the design, inside and out.

I included some photos showing how well the H&O sticky notes line up to the layout of this planner. One pet peeve I have had in the past with planners has been my removable notes not fitting anywhere nicely in my planner and thus making everything look more overstimulating and messy. Not anymore! The attention to detail here is spectacular.

I think it's also important to say that I was ordering from another country, and everything came beautifully packaged and in perfect condition.

I bought a little charm add on, and it came installed on the bookmark already for me, which I wasn't expecting! It just adds something so nice to the aesthetic of the planner, and it was really sweet of them to take that extra step and send it pre-installed.

Also, I emailed customer service a few times both before and after my purchase with a handful of questions, and they were always so incredibly kind and helpful every time I spoke with them. I'll definitely be purchasing from here as often as I possibly can.

For years I used blank dotted journals and added calendars, dates, etc. by hand as I went. I decided I wanted to find a planner that had the right elements already designed and printed for me. I came across H&O on IG. I explored the various options (monthly, weekly, daily, etc.) and settled on weekly. I can honestly say it has been one of my best decisions. The paper is a dream to write on. The layout is even better than I anticipated. And the reflection, goals, planning, review, etc. sections have been so lovely to add to my "planning practice"! I did not expect to use these areas much, but I've really enjoyed giving them my attention. I will be ordering my 2025 very soon. And I'd highly recommend the ribbon charm and other accessories. I'm so happy with my planner and how it's reconnected me to things that matter to me, as well as staying on top of the "never going away" to do's.

After seeing this planner used by various YouTubers, I finally gave it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! The paper quality of Hemlock and Oak planners is amazing, and all my colored inks and highlighters look so nice on the bright white pages. These planners are not overwhelming with a ton of random pages I won't use; they're minimal but structured and allow plenty of room for creativity and deco. I've been a planner girl for years and have tried all the popular brands, but the Hemlock and Oak planner is my new favorite! Thanks for existing, H&O!<3

This is my second H&O planner, and I really do love everything about it. Furthermore, the minimal carbon neutral packaging became my cat’s favourite box for weeks. So we’re both happy.

I purchased my first H&O planner for 2024. This is the first planner I've used that isn't full of post-its or stapled in additions because this planner gas everything I need - planning, scheduling, review - all laid out for efficiency and ease of use. And, it's a high quality, elegant planner for far less than planners of equivalent quality! I can't recommend H&O planners highly enough!

This is my second H&O planner and I am hooked. This time I got the dated planner in Secret Garden. Such care was taken to pack my order. I really appreciate that. The planner is so lovely, so well-made. The perfect combination of minimalism and structure. And I love all of the opportunities for self-reflection, goal planning, and habit cultivation. My search for the perfect planner is over. I’ll keep buying Hemlock & Oak planners as long as they are selling them.
